Author Description Mike Higgs is the artist of the successful strip 'The Cloak', that appeared in the Oddhams Press weekly Pow! (1967-68) and Smash! (1968-69). He drew 'Space School' for Whizzer & Chips, 'Thundercap' for Buster, and for amateur publications like Ka-Pow and Unicorn ('Tales from a Distant Star', 'The Barbarian').
